unlawful act. The lessee shall not lease
any part of the leased property or part
thereof to the interim rent or interim
lease without obtaining the written
consent of the leasehold party.
05.The lessee shall maintain, the condition
of the house by doing the small
maintenance and use the house in a proper
manner in good standing subject to the
rules of the local government.
06.The lessee shall not make any additions
or alterations to the leased property
without obtaining the written consent of
the leasehold party.
07.Water, electricity, telephone, bills must
be paid before the 15th of every month
and the bills paid must be returned to
the owner
08.House rentals must be debited to the
owner's bank account before the 5th of
each month. Otherwise, you should pay by
cash and get the receipt.
09.Petting animals, keeping animals in cages
with in the premises and killing of
animals for religious or other purposes
within the leased property is absolutely
prohibited.
10.Minor maintenance [less than Rs. 5,000 /
-] should be carried out by the lessee
during the term of the party and may
provide necessary guidance and support.

11.In case of emergency or private matter if
the lessee needs to cancel the lease
agreement, the letter should be given to
the Leaseholder with a three-months’
notice period and with that notice
period. The Trust of the lease Agreement
may be canceled.
12.Damage to house walls, damage to tiles,
pipes, door, windows, window hooks, power
bulbs, fans, lamp shades, bathroom
mirrors shall be claimed against the
total amount of advance, the balance will
be paid at the time of the termination of
the lease agreement.
13.There is no permission for frequent
gatherings or having meetings for any
other purposes for pleasant massages and
gatherings, and there should be no
obstruction to the surrounded houses and
the people on the upper floor.
14. If the lessee wanted to cancel the lease
agreement before the one and a half
years completed then the Rs. 50,000 / =
will be charged from the deposit to
repair the house.
