Join our vibrant team as a skilled Beverage Artisan specializing in tea, coffee, and juice creations. In this exciting role, you'll craft exceptional drinks, engage with customers to enhance their experience, and innovate with new flavor profiles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop unique and delightful blends using a wide range of tea leaves, coffee beans, fruits, herbs, and spices.
- Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in every cup through precise preparation and blending techniques.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in beverage flavors and preparation methods to continuously offer fresh and enticing choices to our patrons.
- Educate and guide customers on the diverse world of teas, coffees, and juices, including their health benefits and the art of brewing or mixing.
- Offer tailored recommendations and prepare samples that cater to individual tastes and preferences.
- Uphold the cleanliness and organization of the beverage preparation area, managing all tools and equipment.
- Help manage inventory by ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels to ensure availability of all necessary ingredients.
Requirements:
- Experience as a tea maker, barista, or juice bar attendant is highly desirable.
- Comprehensive knowledge of various types of teas, coffees, and juice preparations.
- A refined palate with the ability to detect and describe intricate flavor details.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- A true passion for crafting beverages and a commitment to exceptional service and quality.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional certification in a related field is a plus.
