I need gas storage faculty above 4000 sqft.
1.The land for the proposed LPG Cylinder Storage yard should be located away from canals, overhead power lines, public & populated areas.
2.Area of the cylinder storage platform should be minimum 24 m X 13 m and safety distance from the platform edge to the boundary, permanent building or fixed ignition sources should be minimum of 10 m and 4 m with a fire wall (only one fire wall is permitted).
5.The yard must have level floors and may be concreted or paved.
4.Platform should be compacted with earth and concreted and its height should be equal to the majority of truck beds (4ft - 4.5ft).
Preferably steel building with 3 side open. (If existing building has none load bearing walls we will pay separately for modifications) Looking for long term rent.
