Just a 10 minute drive to the entry/ exit points of Sri Lanka's main high ways ( Colombo- Katunayaka International Airport expressway and the Southern expressway- connecting the beauty of the beaches of the South within just a few minutes of travel ). 20 minutes drive to the commercial hub Colombo. 20 minutes drive to the Katunayake International Air port via the expressway. And also just a 5 minute drive to University of Kelaniya which is one of the top colleges in the island.
All apartments are fully furnished with all luxury equipment provided and are offered at the best rates in the town to suit any of your budgets. 55 US $( 8000 LKR) per day, 550 US $( 75,000 LKR) per month. A special flat rate could be negotiated for long stays. An ideal stay for foreigners.
